As Catholics, we are called to live out our Faith through what we say and do. The Church teaches this in the Corporal and Spiritual Works of Mercy, and we are to care for those, particularly in the most vulnerable positions in our world. This includes - among many - the elderly, the sick, the homebound, those who are near death, and so many others. Through our Ministry Groups and our Pastoral Care team, we work to be Christ's hands and feet in the work He has given us to bring God's love to everyone through living the Gospel in showing care for our brothers and sisters in Christ and sharing the Good News.
Our Pastoral Care team is headed by Maria Habib. Please check out the links and information here, or contact our Parish Center Office
At Blessed Sacrament, we want to pray for you and with you for your intentions; and it is for that reason that we have our prayer chain ministry. Our prayer chain team at Blessed Sacrament is a wonderful group of prayer warriors who desire to grow in relationship with God and pray for others. They welcome the privilege of praying over the weekly prayer requests from our Church family. If you would like to submit a prayer request and have our team of prayer warriors pray for you or your loved one, please use the form below. To maintain confidentiality, we do not include last names when we send out requests to those praying, but you are welcome to state your relationship to them. We also ask that you do not share personal details about someone else without their permission.
For those in our parish family who are suffering from infertility, miscarriage, infant loss, babies born with serious health issues, pregnancy difficulties or for those contemplating abortion, the members of the Prayer Team specifically pray to St. Gianna Molla for her intercession. In an expression of our care and Christ's consoling love for those struggling with these crosses, we would like to offer spiritual care packages. For those in need or desiring a spiritual care package, please contact our Pastoral Assistant, Maria Habib.
