Blessed Sacrament Parish currently schedules our Liturgical Ministers through the online format called Ministry Scheduler Pro so that you can serve as a Lector, Eucharistic Minister, Altar Server, Gifts presenter, and sound board tech according to your schedule. You are welcome to request a sub for the times that you have been scheduled up until 3 days before your are assignment.
All ministers are asked to check the sign in sheets in the entrance way of the church when you arrive for mass to see if their are any positions still needing a substitute to fill in. Also, please sign in on these schedule sheets when you are serving in one of the Liturgical Ministry roles for a weekend Mass.
Please make changes to your one line profile as needed and include your away dates when you receive an email 2 weeks prior to when the next schedule will be run.
The Ministry Scheduler Portal will allow you to see your schedule and fill in substitute requests. If you need help, here are the instructions on how to use Ministry Scheduler Pro.
Thank you for your service to the parish and for enhancing our liturgies!
If you have any questions, please call or email Carl Buttke, Coordinator of Music & Liturgy, or the parish office at 608.238.3471.
